- Description
- Students should already have a fairly general knowledge of WWI, the Treaty of Versailles, and the concept of nationalism prior to doing this activity. The students should read the speech (I provide a loose paraphrasing with more accessible language – please feel free to use your name or make your own adaptation). The students can then answer the questions and submit their responses digitally or in hard copy. You may wish to tailor the questions more to specific concepts you are focusing on. The single-point rubric can be easily modified to fit other assessment needs/preferences.
