Description
Cette leçon correspond à la première étape de l'unité abordant l'énergie potentielle et cinétique. Nous aborderons ces sujets à travers le cas de l'hydro-électricité. Cette leçon consiste à introduire les élèves aux concepts d'énergie potentielle et cinétique et de présenter le concept de barrage. Pour ce faire, nous ferons une sortie à la plage où les élèves pourront se mettre les mains à la pâte afin de comprendre les applications de l'énergie potentielle et cinétique. Le milieu permettra aux élèves de rencontrer avec tous leurs sens les sujets que nous allons aborder.

Description
I use this lesson at the beginning of the year. It gives students ample time to develop and refine their knowledge, as well as their ability to self-monitor and adjust their physical exertion levels. Throughout the year, students will have the opportunity to demonstrate various methods to achieve their desired levels of physical exertion based on the type of physical activity they are participating in. As students learn about the various health benefits associated with active living, and about those related to different levels of physical exertion, they will have the opportunity to explore and reflect on their own efforts both in and out of school.
