Learners will be introduced the the value this game holds for the Tsihlqot'in community both past and present. Learners will then be asked to calculate theoretical probabilities of certain results in the game. Class 2 Learners will be introduced to experiential probability and will have an opportunity to conduct a math experiment in small groups. Follow up Learners will have a chance to reflect on their learning after watching a first nation's dance celebrating Laval. Finally, if the teacher wishes, the actual game of Lahal can be played!
