- Description
- These lessons investigate how the Aboriginal populations started out having no rights in Canada. Over the years they have won significant court cases giving them dispensations. Many Aboriginal groups have participated in civil disobedience movements that have resulted in major achievements for them and for the environment.

- Description
- THESA has taken some time to create some weekly lessons that can be used directly or adapted to suit the needs of your learners. The focus of the lessons is to use the home as the space for learning. The possibility of running out and purchasing supplies, ingredients, or material may not be feasible for students and their families during this pandemic time. However, the rich experiences that already exist in the home have the potential to be amplified through intentional activities, reflection, and design. You will notice that our lessons are directed at students. We have created resources that speak directly to students so that they can be adapted readily for your classes.
