A worksheet on which students can take notes on how Exercise, Nutrition, Sleep and Screen Time affects mental health. Student's can be divided into small groups, and then assigned one section of the worksheet to research and then present to the rest of the class. Or it can be assigned as homework and then discussed the following day.
